STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
The first step is to schedule a discovery call with our Founder, Lyra. The goal of this discovery call is to assess where your business is currently at, your goals, and what it needs. Most importantly, at this stage, we get to feel if we’re the best fit to work with each other.
STEP 2: GET THE NITTY GRITTY OUT OF THE WAY
We’ll send a proposal with the list of items we believe is best to focus on first plus our suggestion on which package fits best (or customize a package) for your business. You’ll also receive the contracts & invoices so we can get those out of the way and get started quick!
STEP 3: TIME TO GET OUR HANDS DIRTY!
Once the contracts and invoices were settled, we hop in an onboarding call and schedule a planning session so we can start breaking down our objectives to action items. From there the team can start working from action plan to done and start taking the workload off your back one by one!
